Emerson's youngest artists are getting better and better at cutting! They cut out the lion's head and mane shapes and then put their scissors to working cutting lines to create big furry manes.

BUSD HOLIDAY GIFT CARD FUND DONATION
Support BUSD families with your donation to the Holiday Gift Card Fund
BUSD's Office of Family Engagement and Equity (OFEE) asks for your support of our annual Holiday Gift Card program. This program provides extra financial support during the holidays to families at every school in BUSD. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to provide $50 gift cards to 500 BUSD families.
"Holiday Gift Cards have provided BUSD families that may be struggling financially and can't provide presents, gifts, or even a meal for their children with support during the holidays. These gift cards have brought a little more joy back to families during their hardships."

VOLUNTEER TOUR GUIDES NEEDED FOR EMERSON K AND TK TOURS
Share your love of Emerson with prospective Kindergarten and TK families - be a tour guide!
Tours will take place for prospective families at Emerson on Thursdays from approximately 8:30 am to 9:30am through January 16th, 2025. There are two leaders per tour and we will provide you with talking points, answers to FAQ’s, and other information to make the job easy and fun.
We need a few more people (just four of you really!) to co-lead a K tour on the following dates:
